Authors are requested to follow the instructions given below for Submission of pre-recorded video file.
Guidelines for preparation and uploading pre-recorded video of oral presentations :-
- Registered authors with accepted papers and those who have opted for online oral presentation should prepare and upload pre-recorded video of their presentation
- The pre-recorded video for a paper will be available during the conference
- Power point video conferencing tool can be used to record video
- Pre-recorded video includes presentation window.
- Duration of video should not more than 8 minutes and maximum number of slides should be 15.
- Check the sound quality and make sure audio is recorded.
- Video file format MPEG-4 (.mp4) file and
- Video quality should be as adequate front light and adequate background. Use good microphone to record the video.
- Steps to follow to record the video of PPT presentation:
- Open the PPT presentation first slide.
- Goto slide show record from beginning.
- Near the upper left corner of the PowerPoint window, Record and stop options are available.
- When you're ready, select the round, red Record button, wait for the countdown, then start speaking.
- Manage your speaking and timing of each slide.
- At the end of the presentation, click stop in the top left corner of the slide.
- To save the file in .mp4 format, open the ppt.
- Click File and choose Save as. Select .mp4 video and save the file.
- Your recording will automatically play when someone opens the presentation in slide mode.
- Save the file as Paper_id_Name of author (e.g. if paper id is 12 and author name is Akshay Kadu then file name will be : 12_Akshay_Kadu.mp4)
- Send the video file to email ID conference.itsemc23@gmail.com on or before 07.11.2023. If .mp4 file could not attach with the email, then upload file on your google drive and share the link on given email ID by giving access to download the file.
- Write in subject of mail as Submission of pre-recorded video Paper Id - ___
