All the authors of accepted papers are requested to submit copyright form. It is mandatory to transfer the Copyright to AIP to enable your paper to appear in AIP,

Follow the Steps to transfer the Copyright to AIP are also given below:

• Click on the copyright from link https://pubs.aip.org/DocumentLibrary/files/publications/acp/AIP_Conference_Proceedings_License_Agreement.pdf
  You will be redirected to Copyright Form.
• Download the copyright form and fill the required details in the form and sign it.
• Make the duly signed copyright form as .pdf file and rename file as Paper_Id_AuthorName_copyright.pdf (e.g. if your paper id is 12 and author name is Akshay Kadu then rename file as: 12_Akshay_Kadu_copyright.pdf)
• Send copy right form on email conference.itsemc23@gmail.com on or before 07.11.2023. Write subject of email as “Submission of copyright form Paper Id - ___”
