Peer Review Process for LNEE Conference Papers

The peer review process for conference papers published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series follows a rigorous and transparent procedure to ensure high quality. Initially, submitted papers undergo a preliminary screening for scope, formatting, and plagiarism checks using Turnitin. Each conference track is managed by five dedicated editors who assign papers to qualified reviewers, typically two to three per submission. The review is conducted using a double-blind approach, evaluating originality, technical depth, clarity, and relevance. Based on reviewer feedback, editors make decisions to accept, request revisions, or reject the paper. Revised submissions may undergo further review to ensure compliance with LNEE guidelines. Accepted papers must adhere to formatting standards, and authors provide a consent-to-publish agreement before final submission. The editorial team then compiles and submits the finalized proceedings to Springer, where a final quality check is performed before the volume is published and indexed in Scopus and other databases.

Plagiarism Policy

Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g. tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation. We define plagiarism as a case in which a paper reproduces another work with at least 15% similarity and without citation.
We accept only original Article. The article may be rejected any time if found plagiarized (more than 15%).
