Submission Guidlines:

Prospective authors are requested to submit a paper with no more than six (6) pages following the template to summarize the proposed work. The paper should include critical equations, figures, tables, and references as appropriate, and references are included within the page limit. The papers must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in advancing the state of the art, and the methods and specific results in sufficient details. All papers will go through a peer-review process to ensure a confidential and fair review. The papers registered and presented in the conference will be included in the SCOPUS Indexed conference proceedings.

Peer Review

All the manuscripts will be submitted through Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). All the manuscripts will be assigned with a unique paper ID as soon as they have been submitted. This unique ID should be used in all further communications.

Screening

All the submitted manuscripts will be screened by the Technical Program Committee. Initial screening include relevance to the conference topic, plagiarism, organization of the paper, quality of figures/diagrams/illustrations/equations etc.

Peer Review Process

The reviewer database will be formed in CMT. The papers submitted through CMT will be first assigned to Meta reviewer. Papers which have been shortlisted in the screening stage will be forwarded to the technical review process. Meta reviewer will assign the papers to two reviewers who are expert in their respective field/domain. We will follow double blind peer review process. Corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within fifteen days from the date of intimation.

Revision & Final Decision

Revised version of the papers will be sent for reviewer to ensure that all the suggested corrections have been carried out. If the reviewer recommended for minor revision TPC recommends its decision to the organizing Chair on the paper.
Final decision will be taken by the organizing chair based on the recommendations by the reviewers / TPC and the same will be intimated to the corresponding authors.

Plagiarism Policy

Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g. tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation.
We define plagiarism as a case in which a paper reproduces another work with at least 15% similarity and without citation.
We accept only original Article. The article may be rejected any time if found plagiarized (more than 15%).
