How Winners Are Chosen

Selection Process

1
Abstract Acceptance
All accepted poster abstracts are automatically eligible for the Best Poster Award — no separate application is required. Ensure your poster is mounted on time.
2
Poster Display Setup
Presenters must mount their poster at the designated board at least 1 hour before their session begins. Late setup may result in disqualification from award consideration.
3
Evaluation by Award Panel
A dedicated panel of evaluators will visit each poster during the session, assess the visual content, engage with the presenter, and score based on the published criteria.
4
Deliberation
After all poster sessions conclude, the panel meets to finalise scores and determine the winners. The decisions of the Award Committee are final and binding.
5
Award Ceremony
Winners are announced and felicitated at the Closing Ceremony of ITSEMC-2026 on 12 December 2026. All awardees must be present to receive their prize and certificate.
